Rick Massey, VP
Rick has been in the steel fabricating business since 1978 when he purchased Formit Steel Co. in Red Lion, Pa. During that 30+ year span, the company developed ongoing relationships with construction heavy weights like Bechtel Construction, Whiting Turner and United Engineers. After a short retirement he, and his son Rad, purchased a 35000 sq ft building and started Formit Metal Fabricators in York Pa.
Dennis Fritz, General Manager
Dennis started in the business in 1964. From 1964 until 1990 he worked as a detailer then in 1990 he became Project Manager for four years until he started his own steel fabricating business. As CEO he oversaw all operations for 16 years. During that time he has done everything from estimating and detailing to President. His attention to detail and quality can be seen in the products we ship to our customers.
Bob Gill, Project Manager/Sales/Estimating
Bob started in the industry in 1964. He had worked as an Estimating/Project Manager in the Contracting, Erection, and Steel Fabrication business' until 1982. That's when he entered the Joist and Deck business as a District Sales Manager where he spent the next 30 years learning the importance of satisfying customer expectations.
